  27. Of course you can also post problem reports on the newsgroup (there is no
  28. censorship here), but in general it is best to reserve the newsgroup for
  29. topics that are of general interest.  Sometimes a specific problem is of
  30. general interest, but more often it's not.

  32. The FINISH command working every other time is not a common complaint so
  33. the answer is probably something peculiar to your setup.
